As a trusted expert in Pasadena real estate, Los Angeles luxury homes, and Las Vegas real estate, he brings unmatched market knowledge and three decades of experience to every client he serves.
Devone holds a California Broker License (#01857383) and a Nevada Broker License (#1002115), making him one of the few brokers qualified to represent buyers, sellers, and investors across both states.
Over his 30-year career, Devone has represented clients in some of the most competitive and high-value luxury markets—including Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Calabasas, Pasadena, Las Vegas, and Henderson. His portfolio includes luxury estates, new development, multi-family investment properties, and landmark transactions—such as the $13 million apartment building sale in Glendale, California.
Devone’s real estate journey began in 1994 with his first property flip, a project that launched his passion for investment and development. He went on to create D.A. Richard Investments, completing numerous profitable acquisition, rehab, and resale ventures throughout Southern California. He later founded Southern Pacific Funding, offering residential and commercial real estate financing solutions and expanding his expertise into lending and capital structuring.
In 2013, Devone established Next Real Estate Advisors, a brokerage built on integrity, negotiation strength, and high-level representation. Today, he is recognized as a leading luxury real estate expert, offering buyers and sellers elite service across Pasadena, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.
